Omini Clean Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Omini Clean (“we, ” “us, ” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By engaging Omini Clean for cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

Our services include, but are not limited to, residential and commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning. Specific services and pricing are detailed on our Services page.

3. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings are subject to our availability. We will confirm the booking and provide a detailed schedule, including the date, time, and scope of work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Our payment methods are detailed on our Payment page.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation policies are detailed on our Cancellation Policy page.

6. Liability

Omini Clean is not responsible for any damage to property that is not directly caused by our cleaning services. We will take reasonable care to avoid damage, but we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
